We can experience grief after a someone dies suddenly or unexpectedly, we can also grieve the death of those who have succumbed to a terminal illness.. It can also occur in response to the loss of a pet. Regardless of what triggers our grief, it can be distressing.
The resources were sent to me by someone who experienced a sudden loss and found relief in seeking resources and information.
They have given me consent to share these in the hope that others also find growth and healing through this information.
